KAJARIA CERAMICS : EXPANSION

• Board approved investment of up to ₹12.15 Cr in equity shares of Sunsure Solarpark Fourty Three Private Limited for captive solar & wind power consumption. • Shareholders' Agreement entered with Sunsure Solarpark Fourty Three Private Limited and Sunsure Energy Private Limited. • Investment to facilitate solar and wind power generation/supply to company's plants at Gailpur and Malootana (Rajasthan). • Agreement terms include Sunsure's management by its Board of Directors and appointment/removal of key managerial personnel by the Promoter of Sunsure. • Kajaria to contribute up to ₹12.15 Cr in tranches towards equity shares of Sunsure.
