• Srikrishna Ramakarthikeyan resigned as CEO and Whole-time Director of Hexaware Technologies and subsidiaries, effective October 28, 2026. • He will continue as Senior Advisor to the company from October 28, 2026. • Vivek Jetley appointed as the new Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Company for a period of 4 years, effective October 28, 2026. • Jetley has over 25 years of experience in AI, data, enterprise transformation, and strategy. • He previously served as President at EXL, leading Insurance, Healthcare, and Life Science businesses.
