INDO TECH : WINS RS 165.55 CR ORDER

• The company received Purchase Orders (PO) for the supply of 26 number of Power Transformers from Andhra Pradesh Transmission Corporation Limited (AP TRANSCO). • The aggregate value of the order is INR 165.55 Crores plus applicable taxes. • The order includes supply of 17 Nos. 80 MVA / 220/33 kV Power Transformers and 9 Nos. 80 MVA / 132/33 kV Power Transformers. • The execution period for the transformers is between October 2026 and June 2027. • The transaction does not fall within the definition of a related party transaction.
