• Nuvama Clearing Services Limited (NCSL), a wholly owned material subsidiary, received a favorable judgment from the Hon'ble Supreme Court. • The judgment pertains to a long-standing material litigation concerning the reinstatement of securities that were liquidated. • NCSL had filed an appeal against NCL and NSE after an order by the Member and Core Settlement Guarantee Fund Committee of NSE Clearing Limited. • The Supreme Court admitted the appeal and ruled in favor of NCSL, setting aside the impugned orders. • Consequently, directions issued against NCSL under the aforesaid orders stand set aside.
