RPG LIFE SCIENCES LTD : STEP-DOWN SUBSIDIARY ACQUIRES API BUSINESS
• RPG Active Pharma Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary, will acquire the API and Intermediates Business Undertaking of Raghava Life Sciences Private Limited via slump sale. • The deal includes business with revenues of ~₹19 Cr in FY26 (unaudited), manufacturing facilities, an R&D facility, and 29 API molecules. • The consideration is up to ₹135 Cr, subject to customary adjustments and applicable taxes. • The acquisition aligns with the Company's strategy to expand its API business. • Expected to be completed within 30 days.
