• Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signed with DNV (Det Norske Veritas) to establish expertise in warship design, shipbuilding and marine engineering. • MoU with Damen Technical Cooperation B.V., Netherlands, to explore design and construction of dredgers for Indian customers. • The Damen MoU combines GRSE's shipbuilding capabilities with Damen's expertise on Trailing Suction Hopper Dredgers (TSHD) and Water Injection Dredgers (WID). • No financial implication ascertained at present.
