• Solex Energy has secured work orders from domestic entities for the supply of Solar PV Modules. • The total order value aggregates to ₹74.77 Crore, inclusive of applicable taxes. • The work orders are scheduled for execution across December, 2026. • The promoter/ promoter group has no interest in the entities that awarded the order(s)/contract(s). • The order(s)/contract(s) would not fall within related party transactions.
