PRESTIGE GROUP : EXPANDS NCR PRESENCE WITH RS 5,600 CR RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT IN GURGAON

• Prestige Group acquired a 17.14-acre land parcel in Sector 109, Gurgaon for its residential development portfolio. • The project will have a saleable area of approximately 2.8 million sq. ft. with an estimated Gross Development Value (GDV) of approximately ₹5,600 Crore. • The land parcel is located in a prime residential sector with excellent connectivity to the Dwarka Expressway. • This acquisition strengthens Prestige Group's presence in the National Capital Region and adds scale to its northern residential pipeline. • Mr. Irfan Razack, Chairman & Managing Director, stated the project reflects confidence in NCR's long-term potential.
