ASHIANA HOUSING LTD : CHALLENGES RS 3.45 CR GST DEMAND ORDER

• GST Department, Tamil Nadu, has raised a demand of ₹3,44,89,552/-, including interest and penalty, under the TNGST Act, 2017. • The demand pertains to alleged differences between taxes paid in GST returns and turnover declared in GSTR 9C for FY 2024-25 for the Chennai location. • The company will contest this order before the Commissioner (Appeals).
