CEIGALL INDIA : BAGS RS 5300 CR ORDER

• LOI awarded by REC Power Development and Consultancy Limited (RECPDCL) for a major common transmission system project in Gujarat. • Project involves development of a 765/400 kV AIS substation and approximately 300 km of transmission lines. • The project is valued at approximately ₹5,300 crore (inclusive of GST). • The Company will receive annual transmission charges of ₹608.67 crore each year over the 35-year operational period. • Execution is expected to take 36 months, followed by a 35-year operational period.
