MAWANA SUGARS LTD : AMALGAMATION APPROVED BY NCLT
• Mawana Foods Private Limited was the transferor company and Mawana Sugars Limited was the transferee company in the amalgamation scheme. • The National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Delhi Bench, sanctioned the scheme on September 03, 2026. • The sanction is as per Sections 230 to 232 of the Companies Act, 2013. • The company will submit the NCLT order copy to stock exchanges upon its upload on the NCLT website.
