• GQG Partners LLC, investment manager for acquirer and PACs, sold equity shares of Adani Energy Solutions Limited. • The sale of shares resulted in an aggregate change of shareholding in excess of 2% of the total shareholding or voting rights in the company. • Aggregate shareholding before disposal was 62,236,145 shares (5.09% of total capital). • After disposal, shareholding stands at 42,295,699 shares (3.46% of total capital). • The transactions were conducted through multiple on-market trades between June 30, 2023 and August 31, 2026. • The disclosed sale of 19,967,446 shares represents 1.63% of total capital.
