TVS SRICHAKRA : GERMANY STEP-DOWN SUBSIDIARY ACQUIRES 51% EQUITY STAKE OF WEBER DRIVETRAIN
• TVS Sensing Solutions Private Limited (TVSSPL), a step-down wholly-owned subsidiary of TVS Srichakra Limited, has successfully completed the acquisition of 51% equity stake in Weber Drivetrain Private Limited ("Weber"). • Weber has become a subsidiary of TVSSPL, and accordingly, a step-down subsidiary of TVS Srichakra Limited. • The transaction was completed on 31st August, 2026, acquiring 5,100 equity shares. • The final amount of consideration paid towards the acquisition is ₹10,00,000. • This disclosure is in continuation and partial modification to the earlier disclosure dated 19th July, 2026, clarifying the final consideration amount.
