• Unfortunate fatal accident occurred at the factory unit of wholly owned subsidiary Del Monte Foods Private Limited at Hosur, Tamil Nadu, resulting in casualty of one workman. • Del Monte is extending all necessary assistance to the family of the deceased. • One manufacturing line for "pizza sauce product" has been stopped for operations under Section 40(2) of the Factories Act, 1948. • This impact is immaterial as per preliminary assessment; other business activities are unaffected. • The company remains focused on business continuity and operational stability. • Further disclosures will be made if and as may be required under applicable laws & regulations.
