MAWANA SUGARS LTD : NCLT SANCTIONS AMALGAMATION SCHEME
• Mawana Sugars Limited (Transferee Company) to amalgamate with Mawana Foods Private Limited (Transferor Company) • National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Delhi Bench, has sanctioned the scheme of amalgamation vide its order dated September 3, 2026 • Scheme is effective from the appointed date of April 1, 2025 • Transferor company to stand dissolved without winding-up • All assets, rights, liabilities, and duties of the Transferor Company to be transferred to the Transferee Company
