FUTURE ENTERPRISES LTD : SUCCESSFUL RESOLUTION APPLICANT DECLARED FOR CLUSTER 3 ASSETS

• The resolution plans submitted for Cluster 3 assets of FEL were placed before the Committee of Creditors (CoC) in its meeting held on 21 May 2026, and continued on 1 June 2026, and 3 June 2026. • Pursuant to e-voting concluded on 2 September 2026, the resolution plan dated 27 April 2026, read with Addendum dated 10 June 2026 submitted by Orissa Metaliks Private Limited ("OMPL") has been approved by the CoC. • OMPL has been selected as the 'Successful Resolution Applicant' with 93.26% voting share of the CoC.
