LEMON TREE HOTELS : EXPANDS BIHAR PORTFOLIO WITH 145 NEW ROOMS

• The company signed two license agreements for Lemon Tree Hotel, Bodhgaya and Keys Select by Lemon Tree Hotels, Bodhgaya. • Both properties will be managed by Carnation Hotels Private Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary. • Lemon Tree Hotel, Bodhgaya will feature 75 rooms, a restaurant, banquet hall, meeting/conference room, swimming pool, and fitness center. • Keys Select by Lemon Tree Hotels, Bodhgaya will feature 70 rooms, a restaurant, banquet hall, meeting/conference room, swimming pool, and fitness center. • The company also disclosed the de-flagging of Lemon Tree Premier, Gurugram effective September 3, 2026.
