• SIS Limited has acquired an additional 12,14,731 equity shares of Updater Services Limited (UDS). • The acquisition represents 1.81% of UDS's paid-up equity share capital. • The aggregate shareholding of SIS Limited in UDS now stands at 66,97,313 equity shares, representing 10.00% of the paid-up equity share capital of UDS. • The acquisition was completed on September 4, 2026, for a cash consideration of ₹28.54 crores. • UDS operates in the Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) and Business Support Services (BSS) industry. • UDS had a turnover of ₹1,762.41 crore for the financial year ended March 31, 2026.
