Panvel, Dist. Raigad • This forms part of the transaction as intimated on May 26, 2026 • The sellers are Mr. Shanivar Gotiram Patil, Phoshinath Gotiram Patil, Pranit Gotiram Patil & Akshay Madhukar Patil • The consideration for the purchase is ₹2,09,55,000/-
