EFC (I) LIMITED : COMPLETION OF SALE OF 100% EQUITY SHARES IN SANVRITTI ALPHA PRIVATE LIMITED

• Sanvritti Alpha Private Limited (formerly EFC Estate 56 Alpha Private Limited), a wholly owned subsidiary, has had its entire 100% equity shareholding sold. • The underlying real estate asset comprises two floors in Konark Alpha Building, Pune, acquired in 2025. • The transaction was structured as an "Assets Sale and Lease Back" basis, with EFC continuing to operate the asset as Managed / Coworking Office Spaces. • The sale consideration was ₹39 crores. • Sanvritti Alpha Private Limited has ceased to be a subsidiary of the Company. • The transaction was carried out outside a Scheme of Arrangement through a Share Acquisition Agreement.
