• Board approved raising of funds through issuance of up to 32,12,955 convertible warrants at Rs. 2/- face value and Rs. 77.81/- issue price (including Rs. 75.81/- premium) per warrant, aggregating Rs. 25,00,00,028.55/- • Preferential issue is to Mr. Deepak Arora, Promoter, subject to shareholder and regulatory approvals • Funds will be used for working capital and general corporate purposes • The warrants are exercisable within 18 months from allotment
