ASIAN PAINTS APPOINTS LEO PURI AS CHAIRMAN
• Leo Puri appointed as an Additional and Independent Director for five years from Sept 7, 2026 to Sept 6, 2031, subject to shareholder approval. • He will also serve as Chairman of the Board effective Jan 23, 2027, succeeding R. Seshasayee. • Puri is not related to any directors or promoters. • He meets independence criteria as per Companies Act and Listing Regulations. • Shareholders' approval will be sought via Postal Ballot.
