GEVERNOVA : WINS RS 7200 CR ORDER

• GE Vernova T&D India Limited has received a letter from Power Grid Corporation of India Limited stating it is the L1 bidder for design and establishment of a 6000 MW, ± 800 kV High Voltage Direct Current (HVDC) LCC Terminal Station (2x3000 MW) • The project involves the evacuation of renewable power from Barmer II to South Kalamb, awarded by a domestic entity. • The order scope includes design, supply, and execution of the HVDC LCC Terminal Station. • The contract is for a period of multiple years. • Promoter/promoter group/group companies have no interest in the entity that awarded the order.
