• Arisunitern RE Solutions Private Limited, a subsidiary of Arisinfra Solutions Limited, has secured a Service Order from O2 Spaces. • The order is to provide DaaS services for the "Morning Mist" residential apartment project in Whitefield, Bengaluru. • The estimated Gross Development Value (GDV) of the project is ₹280 Crores. • The engagement commences September 15, 2026, for an initial term of 36 months, extendable by mutual consent. • This also provides an estimated material supply opportunity of ₹100+ Crores for Arisinfra. • The counterparty, O2 Spaces, is a partnership firm part of the Vaishnavi Residences Group.
