• Siemens Energy Holdco B.V. and Siemens Energy Holding B.V. have requested reclassification from "promoter" to "public" shareholder category. • The request is made in accordance with Regulation 31A of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. • As on date, SEH and SE Holdco do not hold any equity shares of the company or exercise control. • They confirmed they do not hold equity shares, exercise control, have special rights, or are represented on the board. • The request letter will be placed before the Board of Directors at the ensuing meeting.
