VISHNU CHEMICALS : JOINT VENTURE WITH DCX CHROME SAS

• Vishnu Chemicals Limited (VCL) and DCX Chrome SAS, France (DCX) have executed a Joint Venture Agreement (JVA) • They will establish a new greenfield manufacturing facility in Visakhapatnam, India, for high-purity chromium metal • Both companies will hold a 50% equity stake in the venture, with an installed capacity of 6,000 MTPA • The venture aims to address India's reliance on imported chromium metal for aerospace and defense sectors • This partnership combines VCL's specialty chemical manufacturing strength with DCX's process technology
