THE SUKHJIT STARCH AND CHEMICALS : SIGNS MOU WITH GOVERNMENT OF MAHARASHTRA FOR RS 500 CR PROJECT
• Company has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Government of Maharashtra. • The MoU is for setting up a new Maize Processing Unit with a maize grind capacity of 1200 TPD. • The unit will produce Maize Starch and its derivatives, entailing a CapEx of about Rs 500 Crores. • The project will be located in the District Nashik of Maharashtra State. • This strategic initiative aims to expand production capacity and strengthen market presence. • Further steps will be taken after receiving the timeline from the State Government for infrastructure.
