• Ennature Bio Pharma Limited (EBL) has communicated material events/updates in relation to EBL, enclosed as Annexure A. • This disclosure is made in respect of EBL, pursuant to requirements in Observation Letters and SEBI Master Circular. • Board of Directors of Ennature Bio Pharma Limited approved allotment of 2,23,42,255 equity shares of INR 5/- each in ratio of 1:3 to India Glycols Limited shareholders. • Appointments: Shri Ajay Sharma as CFO, Smt. Preeti Choudhary as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer, M/s Mukesh Agarwal & Co. as Secretarial Auditor, and M/s S.S. Kothari Mehta & CO. LLP as Internal Auditor. • Approval of Information Memorandum for listing and trading approval of aforesaid equity shares allotted pursuant to the Scheme.
