R. Garware has been on the Board since December 7, 1995, and has served as Chairman & Managing Director since November 7, 2011. • Disclosure of relationships: Dr. Rajpathak is not related to any Director. Mr. V. R. Garware is not related to any Director except Ms. M. V. Garware.
