ADANI POWER : MSEDCL CONTRACT ASSIGNED TO SUBSIDIARY
• Adani Power Limited (APL) has assigned its Letter of Award (LOA) from Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Co. Limited (MSEDCL) for a 2500 MW RE RTC power supply contract to its wholly owned subsidiary, Powerpulse Trading Solutions Limited (PTSL). • The contract is for a period of 25 years from the Scheduled Commencement Date of Supply. • APL will now focus on its core activity of baseload power generation under long-term arrangements.
