ADANI ENERGY SOLUTIONS : SECURES 2,500 MW RTC POWER PPA
• Adani Power Limited assigned Letter of Award for supply of 2,500 MW RTC Power to wholly-owned subsidiary Powerpulse Trading Solutions Limited ("PTSL"). • MSEDCL issued LOA to Adani Power Limited for a period of 25 years from Scheduled Commencement Date of Supply. • PTSL entered into a Power Purchase Agreement ("PPA") with MSEDCL on September 08, 2026. • PPA aligned with PTSL's core competencies in multi-source energy aggregation and power portfolio management. • Transaction expected to strengthen PTSL's power supply portfolio and reinforce its position in energy solutions.
