ADANI ENTERPRISES : SHAREHOLDERS' AGREEMENT SIGNED

• Adani Airport Holdings Limited (AAHL) signed a shareholders' agreement with identified investors on September 9, 2026. • The agreement is for raising funds via issuance of equity shares by AAHL to identified investors. • This will result in the identified investors acquiring a stake of up to 5.54% in AAHL. • The Company holds 100% of AAHL's equity share capital. • AAHL is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Adani Enterprises. • Details of the agreement are enclosed as Annexure 1.
