KALPATARU PROJECTS INTERNATIONAL LIMITED : IPO OF LMG SHARES ON NASDAQ STOCKHOLM

• LMG, a step-down subsidiary of KPTS (wholly-owned subsidiary of Kalpataru Power Transmission), plans an initial public offering (IPO) on Nasdaq Stockholm. • The offering comprises existing shares held by KPTS and other selling shareholders. • The IPO values LMG at up to SEK 2,350 million (~₹2,324 Cr). • Expected to be completed by end-September 2026.
