POWER MECH PROJECTS WINS RS 970 CR ORDER

• Company secured an order from Vedanta Power Limited for its Sakti Thermal Plant in Chhattisgarh. • The order is for end-to-end operations and maintenance of the 2x600 MW coal-based thermal power plant. • The contract duration is within 60 months from the date of issuance of LOI/Order Confirmation. • The broad consideration is ₹970 Crores, comprising ₹890 Crore basic value and ₹80 Crore for additional services (excluding GST). • The entity awarding the order is a domestic entity, and the nature of the contract is operations and maintenance.
