NEXUS SELECT TRUST : ACQUIRES 100% EQUITY STAKE OF GALAXY INFRA CREATIONS PVT. LTD.
• Nexus Select Mall Management Private Limited, Manager to Nexus Select Trust, approved the execution of Share Purchase Agreement for acquisition of 100% equity stake of Galaxy Infra Creations Pvt. Ltd. • The acquisition includes a Grade-A mall and a 164-key Hyatt Regency Hotel in Guwahati, currently under construction. • The purchase price is INR 1600 Crores, subject to customary closing adjustments. • The proposed acquisition is in line with the Trust's strategy to build presence in high-potential consumption markets. • The transaction does not fall within the ambit of related party transactions.
