OSWAL OVERSEAS LIMITED : WITHDRAWS INSOLVENCY PROCEEDINGS AFTER SETTLEMENT

• The National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) has allowed the withdrawal of Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) following a settlement with the sole financial creditor. • The order was passed on September 2, 2026, and received by the company on September 8, 2026, restoring Oswal Overseas Limited to its position prior to CIRP commencement. • The moratorium imposed on June 8, 2026, has been revoked, and the Interim Resolution Professional discharged. • The withdrawal was approved with 100% voting by the Committee of Creditors, and CIRP costs have been fully paid.
