• ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company Limited (along with its schemes, funds under AIF managed by it, and PMS clients) received RBI approval to acquire up to 9.95% of AU Small Finance Bank's paid-up share capital or voting rights. • Approval is subject to compliance with relevant provisions of the Banking Regulation Act, 1949, and applicable RBI directions, FEMA, SEBI regulations, and other statutes.
