• GST authority passed adjudication order for FY22-23, confirming tax demands and penalties • Confirmed demands include ₹2.38 Cr for alleged non-payment of IGST on export of services and ₹1.06 Cr for ineligible input tax credit • Additional demands of ₹3.80 L and ₹3.64 L for non-payment of GST to SEZ units and non-reversal of ITC on credit notes, respectively • Penalty of ₹35.18 L imposed under Section 122(2)(a) of CGST Act • No material impact on financials or operations, limited to extent of liability
