JK PAPER : STEP-DOWN SUBSIDIARY ACQUIRES 100% EQUITY SHARES OF RADHESHAM WELLPACK PVT LTD
• JK Paper has acquired the remaining 20% shareholding in Radhesham Wellpack Private Limited (RWPL). • The acquisition involved 25,000 equity shares of ₹100 each for a total consideration of ₹44.02 crore. • RWPL has now become a wholly owned subsidiary of JK Paper Limited.
