• MRC Agrotech appoints TSOT Ventures as a non-exclusive partner to list, supply, distribute and promote Temi Tea products via "The Secret of Tea" online retail platform. • Commercial margin: Temi Tea packets supplied at pre-agreed retail margin on MRP. • Payment terms: 100% advance bank transfers before shipping. • Logistics: Company handles delivery to partner's warehouse; damaged/expired goods to be reported within 3 working days. • Tenure: Agreement effective 31 August 2026, continues until terminated by either party with 30 days' written notice; 15-day cure period for breaches.
