Mtrs (1.07 acres approximately) along with buildings was executed on 09-Sep-2026. • The property was sold to Vega Elite LLP, an unrelated third party buyer, for a consideration of ₹12,00,00,000 (₹12 Cr). • The transaction was approved by members via special resolution on October 28, 2023. • The sale is outside the scope of any scheme of arrangement.
