ANUPAM RASAYAN : ACQUIRES 100% EQUITY SHARES IN TANFAC INDUSTRIES LIMITED
• Anupam Rasayan India Limited has completed the acquisition of 2,60,065 equity shares of Tanfac Industries Limited. • The acquisition was made on a preferential issue basis for an aggregate consideration of ₹60.88 Cr. • The face value of each share was Rs. 5, and the issue price was Rs. 2,341 per share. • The company has accepted, executed, and delivered the acceptance form to Tanfac. • This intimation is as per Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations.
