• KAMA Holdings Limited to subscribe to 1,17,000 equity shares of KAMA Realty (Delhi) Limited on a private placement basis. • This infusion will not change the control, management or ultimate beneficial ownership of KAMA Realty (Delhi) Limited. • KAMA Realty (Delhi) Limited will continue to remain the wholly owned subsidiary of KAMA Holdings Limited. • The disclosure is made under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. • Board meeting where this was approved started at 05:30 pm and concluded at 06:30 p.m. on September 9, 2026.
