• BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited have granted no-objection for the application for re-classification of Mr. Utpal Sheth from the category of ‘Promoter group' of the Company to 'Public' in term of Regulation 31A of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. • A copy of no-objection letters received from BSE & NSE are enclosed herewith. • The same will also be made available on the Company's website. Impact: Regulatory approval obtained for promoter reclassification.
