• Fine Organic Industries Limited has completed the acquisition of 80% equity stake in Oleofine Organics SDN. BHD. (“OFM”) • This acquisition makes OFM a subsidiary of the Company, effective September 9, 2026. • Consequent to this, Fine Organic Industries (Thailand) Co., Ltd.
