• Fire incident occurred on Wednesday, September 09, 2026, at around 8:15 A.M. (IST), due to a short circuit on the electrical power board at the Plant, Assembly Manufacturing area situated at Shed Nos. 1 to 4 and Shed No. 11, YSR EMC, Kopparthy, YSR Kadapa, Andhra Pradesh - 516003. • The plant is owned and managed by AIL Dixon Technologies Private Limited ("AIL Dixon"), a material subsidiary of the Company. • No casualties or injuries reported and no disruption to operations. • Adequate insurance coverage for the facility is in place. • Expected quantum of loss/damage is approximately ₹28 Crores. Impact: Neutral (Operational disruption avoided; loss covered by insurance.)
