• Appellate Authority on August 28, 2026, set aside demand for interest and penalties aggregating to ₹2,73,471 in GST matter for FY 2017-18 to FY 2019-20. • Order-in-Appeal upheld appropriation of Input Tax Credit amounting to ₹1,73,471, which had already been voluntarily reversed and was not disputed. • The Order-in-Appeal is favourable to the Company, as the demand for interest and penalties aggregating to ₹2,73,471 have been set aside. • No material adverse impact on the financial position, operations or other activities of the Company.
