• Prestige Estates Projects Limited has incorporated 'Southgrove Homes LLP' and 'Parkgrove Realty LLP' as its wholly-owned subsidiaries on September 9, 2026. • Both LLPs were incorporated with a contribution of INR 1,00,000/- for 100% of partnership interest. • The entities are incorporated to carry on business of real estate development. • Both entities have a turnover of Not Applicable as they are yet to commence business operations.
