• Order received from Rite Water Solutions (India) Limited for Design, Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Station RTU, FRTU/ Remote IO module and other allied equipment's for 132/110/100kV Electrical Substations. • The scope includes 125 Nos. of Electrical Substations and 2 years' warranty. • The total order value amounts to Rs.28,17,42,382.20/-, excluding GST. • The order is to be executed within 48 months (24 months execution and 24 months warranty). • This is not a related party transaction.
