• FTF Pharma Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Shilpa Medicare Limited, is subject to Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) as ordered by the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Ahmedabad Bench. • The NCLT order, dated September 9, 2026, admitted the application filed by Immacule Lifesciences Private Limited under Section 9 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016. • The alleged operational debt is ₹2,18,03,319/-, claimed by Immacule Lifesciences Private Limited. • The NCLT appointed Mr. Sunil Kumar Kedia as the Interim Resolution Professional (IRP). • No violation or contravention by the listed entity has been alleged or determined. • The company is evaluating the legal position and future course of action with its advisors.
